How do I become a member of the Société Culinaire Philanthropique?

• – Do you know two members (either active or retired) well enough to ask them to sponsor your membership application? 

• • – Have you trained in the French Culinary arts?
  • – Are you at least 23 years of age?
  • – Are you actively practicing and have practiced in the French culinary arts for at least five years?
  • – Are you a resident or working within the state of NY?
